Spoiler alert- we’re all aging. And while many focus on the biology of aging, important social and economic needs of a growing older population are not being met. But SoFIA’s economic security, civic engagement, and caregiving programs are helping everyone thrive as they age.

We help older adults stay connected and gain economic independence in a world that now requires digital literacy in order to thrive. In 2018, we launched tech training and taught over 250 older adult students to date.

We help families help their loved ones live independently by caring for a veteran family member, a disabled child, or homebound adult, with social engagement, recreation, respite, information and advocacy.
